Meet the team.
We’re five people who happen to be really good at what we do. More importantly, we actually enjoy working together. No politics. No drama. Just a shared commitment to doing work we’re proud of.
[Who we are]
We’re four funny humans who actually like each other. Alex dreams up the wild ideas, Sarah makes sure they make sense, David turns them into something that actually works, and Emma keeps the circus running on schedule. No egos, no drama just laughter, caffeine, and a shared mission to make great work (and maybe a few questionable jokes). When you work with us, you’re part of the act.
Founded in 2016, we’ve grown the slow, funny way no investors breathing down our necks, no “hire an army overnight” madness, and definitely no projects that make us cringe. We’ve stuck to our values, our humor, and our coffee, building real relationships with clients who appreciate good craft and a good laugh just as much as we do.

Why we do this
We exist to help comedians survive, sustain, and own their voices—especially when traditional systems fail them. The Ruckus was built to create opportunity, preserve cultural expression, and ensure comedians can continue to be heard, even in moments of crisis.
02
How we think
We think globally and act with community at the center. Comedy is more than entertainment—it’s culture, history, and truth-telling. When voices are given access and support, laughter can travel far beyond borders and circumstances.
03
Our philosophy
Comedy deserves longevity, access, and respect. We believe in amplifying voices that might otherwise be overlooked, building platforms where none existed, and using distribution as a tool for cultural preservation and creative freedom.
04
Our process
We identify, support, and distribute comedian-driven audio and video content across a wide range of platforms. By monetizing voices and expanding reach internationally, we turn creative expression into sustainable opportunity—without limiting how or where comedy lives.
